Wild child

I was debating putting up this post! Ava is NUTS. She has so much energy it's crazy. She is always climbing, dancing or running around! Really dangerous stuff too. It's hard because it's really not possible to watch her all the time. I refuse to carry her around all day. She's just going to have to learn to not try to kill herself. It's so interesting trying to explain to a 1 year old what she's not allowed to do...

This is her on the toilet. This was a quick fix.All we had to do was keep the bathroom doors closed.

Once again keep the doors closed and no problem.

Here she is standing on her stroller. She doesn't do this anymore because I have achieved the "mom look" when she sees this she just walks away

This image right here could have killed me. I went to get the dog some food and water. She was in her room and she always behaves in there. When I walked out the kitchen not even a minute later I saw this! She was not in her room she was trying to lock the door! I had just taken a picture of my dog and that was the only reason I got this picture. After this whenever I go anywhere she is right with me holding my hand. Now just cute pictures so everyone can bring their heart rate down!

Happy Father's Day!!

This year was Pete's second father's day! Last year we weren't able to be with him because me and Ava were still in Jersey when he was in NC. I was really excited that we could all spend it together! The gift me and Ava got him was some...weird beer from all over the world LOL. He loved it. I'm pretty sure next year's gift will be lame so don't stay too excited Pete haha. That morning he was gone before we woke up. He went to paint for his uncle Frank. While he was gone I went and spent time with my dad. I got him a razor and shaving cream.... Only because I wanted to get him something he would use. Of course he thought I was trying to give him a hint...But at least I didn't give him something like mouthwash..that could be a bit offensive lol. In the afternoon we headed over to see Dewey and we had a yummy dinner. Dewey got this really cool towel, that you wet and it stays cool for a few hours. They should hand these out on the labor and delivery floors!

Quick Ava update!

She is such a little firecracker! Her hair gets curlier everyday it seems. Or whenever it's hot out lol. The hair in the front of her face ALWAYS gets in her eyes now she so keeps a clip in 24/7. That or I put the longest pieces in a ponytail. She is always into everything and her new favorite thing to do is climb! She was on the coffee table awhile ago and I could've died! She literally NEVER sits still unless she's eating, or sleeping. She has SUCH an attitude. If this gets worse when she turns two I'm sure I'll go crazy lol. These are the things Ava hates...getting dressed, getting out the tub, getting her teeth brushed, not being able to find her baby, getting her diaper changed, wiping her nose, or when her daddy leaves for work! She loves eating, being outside, kissing everything...like her parents, cousins, baby doll, benji, herself in the mirror and her chair. She no longer drinks out her bottle and I'm so happy about this. I hated washing bottles lol. Now for a LOT of pictures!

Happy Birthday Liz!

Liz's birthday was on May 10th, so everyone headed over to her house to celebrate! It was a gorgeous day outside too, so most of the kiddies were out there. Ava loves being outside so much...that she throws the biggest tantrum in the world when you bring her back inside lol.

Mya and Ashley's Birthday Party

The girls had their Birthday Party on May 4th!! As always Liz lucks out and it was BEAUTIFUL outside! That was really lucky too because this weather is insane!! Get it together Jersey! They picked a Brave theme for the party and it was amazing. It's such a cute movie, it was also the first disney movie Ava ever watched. Here are some great flicks from the big day!

Ava's Birthday Party!!

I am so upset that I'm getting this out so late, but I have been so busy lately. Things are finally coming together and now I have some time again. Ava's first birthday party was on April 21st. We rented out a fire department hall because we had a lot of guests. 64 to be exact!! It was such a great day, it really couldn't have turned out better. It was a lot of work though..so her next birthday party will be MUCH smaller lol! She was in such a good mood the morning of the party. I was a little nervous because her nap time is at 11, and that was the time we were setting up the hall. She did sleep on the way there...only for 10 mins. When the party was over and everyone left, that's when she crashed! Perfect timing! Now for some pictures!
